BOOKING PROCESS

  1. Our system performs a real-time availability check when you choose the flights you want. Your booking is finally confirmed once you receive an email with confirmation detailing the flight, ticket costs, and booking reference number.

  2. Accuracy is crucial during the booking process. Ensure all provided information, such as passenger names, contact details, and payment information, is correct to avoid delays, extra charges, or cancellations.

  3. Payment is required at the time of booking unless specified otherwise. In addition to the listed payment methods, major debit and credit cards are accepted. Following a successful payment, you will receive an email with an online ticket, which is required for airport check-in.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

  1. If you need to cancel your booking, please be aware that cancellation fees may apply, as determined by the airline's policy. Reviewing the specific cancellation terms associated with your ticket at the time of booking is essential to understanding any potential charges.

  2. Any changes you make to your Reservation—like changing the dates or times of your flight—may require additional costs and are subject to availability.   3. Sometimes, ASAP Reservation might have to cancel your Reservation due to problems like non-payment or incorrect data. If such a circumstance occurs, we will let you know right away. To avoid this, ensure that all your booking data is correct and current and that your payment is made on time.
REFUND POLICY

We aim to clarify our refund policy to ensure you understand your options. Refunds are processed according to the airline's specific refund policy, depending on the fare type and ticket conditions. Service fees charged by ASAP Reservation are non-refundable. Depending on the airline and the mode of payment, the refund processing period may extend to 60 or 90 days.
