These refund and cancellations policy apply to all bookings made through ASAP Reservation. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.


CANCELLATION TERMS

  1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
    If you need to cancel your flight booking, you can do so within 24 hours of making the reservation without incurring any cancellation fees, ensuring you receive a full refund. After this initial 24-hour period, cancellation fees will apply based on the fare rules and conditions set by the airline. The airline's specific policies will determine the refundable amount.

  2. Airline-Initiated Cancellations
    When an airline cancels your flight, ASAP Reservation ensures our clients are notified and helped immediately. You are entitled to a complete refund or the choice to rebook a different flight without paying extra if your airline cancels. The policies and procedures of the airline will determine the particular possibilities that are accessible to you. We will collaborate closely with the airline to ensure your refund or rebooking goes smoothly.
REFUND POLICY

    The respective airline's fare rules and cancellation policies determine refund eligibility. Generally, non-refundable tickets do not qualify for refunds; however, customers may be eligible for travel credits or vouchers based on the airline's specific policies. Refunds for eligible tickets will be processed according to the terms set by the airline. It's important to note that taxes and service fees paid at the time of booking are often non-refundable. To ensure a smooth refund process, customers should submit their refund requests through our website or customer service within the stipulated time frame after cancellation.
