CANCELLATION TERMS
CUSTOMER INITIATED CANCELLATIONS
-
Flights:
If you cancel your flight booking within 24 hours of making the reservation without incurring cancellation fees, make sure you receive a full refund. Following the initial 24-hour period, cancellation fees will apply according to the airline's fare regulations and conditions. The airline's unique policy will determine the refund amount. -
Train:
Cancellations are subject to the train provider's particular policies. Some train tickets may be refunded if canceled within a specific period, but others, such as reduced or promotional tickets, may be non-refundable. - Yacht: Cancellation policies for yacht bookings depend on the yacht service provider. Cancellations made far in advance may be eligible for a partial or full refund, whereas last-minute cancellations may result in unpaid deposits or charges. Specific terms differ according to the yacht provider's policies.
SERVICE PROVIDER INITIATED CANCELLATIONS
-
Flights:
If an airline cancels your flight, ASAP Reservation ensures our customers are contacted and assisted immediately. Depending on the airline's restrictions, you may get a full refund or an alternate flight reservation at no additional cost. -
Train:
If the rail provider cancels a train, consumers may be eligible for a full refund or an alternative ticket, depending on the provider's policies. - Yacht: When the yacht service provider cancels the date due to unexpected problems, such as weather or technical difficulties, you will be offered a refund or rescheduling options according to the provider's rules.
REFUND POLICY
Our return procedure depends on whether you booked a flight, a train, or a yacht. For flights, refund eligibility is regulated by the airline's pricing restrictions, with non-refundable tickets typically not eligible for refunds but occasionally eligible for travel credits or vouchers. Taxes and service costs paid at the time of booking are generally non-refundable. Train ticket refunds vary by rail provider and ticket type, with refundable tickets eligible for full or partial refunds and non-refundable tickets not refundable. Yacht refunds depend on the provider's cancellation policies; some bookings may offer partial refunds if canceled within a specific window, while others may be non-refundable.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Our no-show policy applies to yacht, train, and flight reservations to ensure fairness and transparency in our cancellation and refund procedures. A no-show is when a consumer fails to cancel their reservation in advance and does not show up for their planned departure. Customers are not eligible for refunds or travel credits in these instances, as no-shows result in the forfeiture of the entire fare. We encourage all travelers to carefully verify their booking details and notify us as soon as possible if their reservations need to be changed.
